Do you build custom models or use existing ones?
Both, depending on what fits. Most teams get the best value from established hosted models integrated and tuned to their use case. We only recommend custom or fine-tuned models when the data and the problem genuinely call for it.
How do you handle security and our data?
API keys and secrets stay server-side and are never shipped to the browser. We agree on what data the AI can access, validate inputs, and follow least-privilege access. We will not build a feature that cannot be implemented securely.
How long does a typical AI project take?
